7. Motion analysis (if applicable) with a detailed report and copy of your video

Due to the sport-specific nature of the services provided and extended 1:1 time spent with patients, CLE Sports PT & Performance is out of network with insurance.

One-on-one sessions to get an injury checked out, receive treatment, or learn individualized injury prevention.
